My stay was quite mixed. The location is the main highlight, with easy access to shopping and dining, which is incredibly convenient. However, the quality of the rooms left much to be desired; they were outdated and not well-maintained. Service was hit or miss, and while some staff were genuinely helpful, others lacked professionalism. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations, especially considering the honeymoon setting.

I recently stayed at Arawana Hotel for over a month, and while the location was unbeatable with supermarkets and malls nearby, the experience was marred by several issues. The staff were friendly, and the room service was consistent, but the noise from construction next door was disruptive, and the room itself was outdated and had an unpleasant smell. Ultimately, the hotel didn't live up to my expectations, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
